MAC Brush Cleanser | Review

What it says on MAC website:
This one product will clean, disinfect and condition the brush fibers so that brushes will last longer. It is convenient to use and is specifically designed to extend the life of high quality brushes. Brush Cleanser leaves your brushes smelling fresh and clean, and helps shorten their drying time.

What I say:
I've been wanting to try this to quickly clean my eye brushes when I use them so I can change eyeshadow colors quickly because I have few eye brushes.

I don't suggest using this with face brushes that you use liquid foundations because it takes time to remove all the foundation but it's also okay if you just want to sanitize your brush after use so dirt won't build up on your brushes. Then just deep clean your brushes at least once a week.

I got this at Duty Free Philippines for $15 same as the price at maccosmetics.com so I suggest if you buy at Duty Free make a list with the prices on the website so you can compare.

Note: Here I used cloth because the tissue breaks down and sticks to the brushes. With cloth I can swirl the brushes as long as I want to until I see it's clean.

MAC 217 Blending Brush | Review

What it says (maccosmetics.com):
For shading or blending of colour or creamy products. This brush has fine, densely packed fibers that are arranged in an oval shape. M·A·C professional brushes are hand-sculpted and assembled using the finest quality materials. They feature wood handles and nickel-plated brass ferrules.

What I say:
This is also one product I've been wanting to buy from MAC because it's very popular on youtube and makeup artists. I got mine at Duty Free Ph for $26.50. It is sold at macocsmetics.com for $24. It's super soft on skin / doesn't scratch, blends and applies shadows well, and fits perfectly on my crease. I believe you can also use this for concealer, contour etc. All I can say is that I love this brush!

Etude House Blending Brush | Review

I was looking for a blending brush like a MAC 217 and I couldn't find something like it from beauty stores. All they have are flat eye brushes. Then when I checked Etude House this is what I found and it's the closest I could find so I bought it. It was perfect for my crease but it disappointed me with the quality of the brush. It felt scratchy on my lids so I don't use it often.

Overall:
Will I buy this again: No

Do I recommend this: Maybe
